Rapist Forces Girl To Call Her Boyfriend During Rape, Gets Shocking Surprise

Robert Giles, a 27-year-old Georgia man, ordered a woman that he was sexually assaulting to call her boyfriend so he could listen in. According to the Daily News, the woman would seemingly comply with the request, but Giles would soon find out she was actually chatting with the authorities.

Giles attacked the woman behind an adult gift shop, and was beginning to sexually assault her in a parked car. He demanded that the woman phone her boyfriend so that he could hear the assault. The woman took out her phone and played it off as if she had dialed her boyfriend, but actually phoned 911 instead. A quick-thinking dispatcher was on the other end of the line, as Clayton County Police Maj. Joe Woodall explains.

“She explained to him what the perpetrator had told her; that he was wanting him to listen while she was being raped. They were able to stop it right then and there and snatched him right from the car,” he said.

Giles is now facing a slew of charges, including rape, obstruction and false imprisonment.
