Professors Could Lose Their Jobs If They Do This To Liberal Students

The University of Oregon has passed some new administrative mandates, and it puts pressure on professors to watch their tongues. According to new policies, any remarks made that might offend a student could result in disciplinary actions.

The new police came about after a law professor dressed up as a character from the book, 'Black Man in a White Coat.' Nancy Shurtz was sharply condemned when photos of her in 'black face' began to circulate.

Shurtz says she dressed up as the character in order to draw attention to the book, which has an anti-racist message. The party was in her own home off campus and she invited some students to the event, which reportedly created a 'hostile learning environment' at the university.

From now on, teachers will have to tread lightly when it comes to matters of race, religion, sexual orientation and even family. A teacher who suggests there may be differences between men and women, who isn't supportive of a student's self-perceived identity, or who might disagree with having children out of wedlock could be punished for expressing such views publicly.
