Peeping Tom Caught In The Act By Good Samaritan

On Thursday, Jason Juniel, a San Francisco pedestrian noticed a man in a blue beanie following women and young girls into department stores. The man was identified as 67-year-old Gary Brooks. Why was Juniel following him? Because Brooks was filming up their skirts using a camera hidden in a shopping bag. Brooks then pulled out his camera to check out the collected footage.

That's when Juniel confronted him saying "I see what you're doing, don't erase it." Juniel then followed the Peeping Tom down the streets of San Francisco letting everyone know why he was following him. Soon, they saw a group of police officers--Juniel told them what he witnessed.

Police officers looked into Brooks' camera and found more incriminating evidence. Although they only cited him under Penal Code 647 J2--disorderly conduct with a camera.

Juniel then posted the video of Brooks on his Facebook page with this caption:

"Attention Attention Beware Beware Beware Hello Facebook I caught this CREEP recording a little girl yesterday with a camera in his bag in San Francisco ca union square area so ladies and gentlemen please beware of your surroundings at all times watch your wife’s,daughters, mothers etc. I couldn’t catch him in the act but if you pay close attention to his camera screen when I pan over you can see the video on his camera."

Brooks is scheduled to appear in court next month on misdemeanor charges.
