Mother Makes Shocking Discovery On Facebook - Photos Of Her Missing Daughter

Rosemary Blue Gullet, 15, disappeared in June from her Oregon home. Police suspected the teen was a run-away, but six months later her mother, Maureen Gullett, found pictures of her daughter online. She suspected immediately that her daughter was not a runaway, but a victim of human trafficking.

Maureen posted the photos she found of her daughter on her Facebook page, noting that the child's appearance had been altered slightly.

“Hello my name is Maureen Gullett and my 14-year-old daughter Rosemary Gullet disappeared 6 months ago. She is missing and endangered and is presumed to have fallen into the hands of child trafficking criminals,” wrote Maureen. “Her hair had been bleached blonde last then dyed red. As of last seen she had red hair kept in a bun however her looks are being regularly altered to hide her identity.”

Police conducted a statewide search throughout Oregon, but Mrs. Gullett believes her daughter to currently be residing out of state. She's trying to spread the word in California, Texas, Washington, Tennessee and Hawaii.

According to Mrs. Gullett, Rosemary contacted a number of her friends through social media, but would never reveal her location. She also used an alias when getting in touch with people.

As of January 2017, Rosemary's entry into the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children database was withdrawn. News broke that her father, David F. Gullett, tracked the teen down.

“I want to reach out and thank everyone for your Prayers and Support. Rosemary has been found,” David wrote to Missing Persons Of America in January. “Several situations are still in play to provide an amiable return to home. Continued Prayers are appreciated, for the plans to fall into place.”

No word came out as to whether Rosemary was abducted or fled of her own free will, but shortly after her father's message, a new update was posted to her webpage: “Rosemary is currently in foster care and her siblings are in foster care also,” it reads. “She is happy. Just know that she was very sweet and respectable in her note to me, and I thought she showed strength, bravery and a maturity wise beyond her years, concerning the situation. I hope she checks back in, in a few years to let us know how she is doing. To Rosie: You touched a lot of hearts and we wish you the best.”
