Here Is Why All These Doctors Are Bowing Down To A 10-Year-Old

A child from Shenzen, China was diagnosed with a brain tumor and facing a grim future, but he wanted to be able to make a difference for others. According to Huffington Post, he decided to donate his organs so that he could give the gift of life to others.

Liang Yaoyi, 11, became dizzy and proceeded to have trouble walking. He was brought to the hospital, where it was discovered that he had a brain tumor. The boy and his family knew that he faced a bleak outlook, but Liang wanted to make a difference in the only way he knew how.

“There are many people doing great things in the world. They are great, and I want to be a great kid too,“ he reportedly said.

He told his mother, Li Qun, that he wanted to donate his organs upon his passing. Li Qun would honor her son’s wishes and inform the doctors, who were so taken aback by Liang’s selflessness that they paid tribute to him by bowing. The moment was captured in a photograph, which would quickly be shared and go viral.

Liang would go on to pass away from his illness, and doctors were able to save his liver and kidneys for donation.
