All you need is some essential oil and a clothespin. Like we said, so simple. With these two things and your home’s HVAC system, you can have your house smelling like a spa.

If you need a pick me up, you can use peppermint, eucalyptus and rosemary. Rosemary helps the brain get into work mode and the other two will open up your airways and keep you alert. Eucalyptus oil works as an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, decongestant, deodorant, antiseptic, antibacterial, antibacterial and has other healing properties.

All you need to do is sprinkle a clothespin with your essential oil of choice, then clip it to your car’s air vent or the air vents in your home.
