Cops Have To Pull Out All The Stops To Subdue Crazed Man

In Maryland, Marcus Anthony Moratelli had to be subdued by officers at a McDonalds in Riverdale because the staff said Moratelli started arguing with himself, punching his table and throwing chairs. Right before police arrived, Moratelli removed his shirt and acted "like he wants to fight with someone," according to Ricky Martinez who filmed the arrest.

Martinez also wrote "We don't know if he's going to hurt someone because this man already seemed agitated." Martinez was at the packed McDonalds with his mom and two younger siblings. The officers had to taser Moratelli, but he walked away, even after getting hit with a baton in the leg and another officer lunged at him from behind. It took officers several attempts to get his arms behind his back for handcuffs. Moratelli was bloody from hitting the door of the restaurant. The police say he had been previously arrested for drug charges.
