Rand Paul Questions Clinton's Ability To Protect The U.S.

Recently, presidential candidate Rand Paul was asked on CNN's "State of the Union" whether or not he thought Hillary Clinton was successful as Secretary of State.

He responded by saying that the "issue on Benghazi is an enormous issue...it's whether or not as commander-in-chief she'd be there for the 3 A.M. phone call." He also said that he thought Benghazi was the 3 A.M. phone call that Clinton never picked up.

Paul further expounded that Clinton did not provide security for the attacks, but also for nine months, repeated requests were made for increased security--which, she ignored.

When asked if Paul thought she did something good, he had trouble thinking of something; he said she kept her eye off the zone and was a big proponent of putting arms indiscriminately into the Syrian civil war, which he thinks made ISIS stronger.
