Huckabee Compares Planned Parenthood With the Nazis

Mike Huckabee on Wednesday compared Planned Parenthood’s sale of fetal body parts to atrocities committed by the Nazis in Germany, Buzzfeed reported.

The former Arkansas governor and Baptist minister, who is seeking the 2016 Republican presidential nomination, was commenting on a recently released video in which Planned Parenthood’s medical director described how the organization “harvests” organs and other human tissues from fetuses aborted at its clinics.

“What’s maybe the most the disturbing part of it is to watch this woman talk about selling baby parts, specifically the lungs, the heart, the livers, the lower extremities, and how to use the forceps as to not to crush them and damage the parts — when the baby has already been murdered,” Huckabee told radio host Eric Metaxas.

He blasted Planned Parenthood for being “so devoid of any sense of decency and civilized behavior that they would treat a human being and the various elements of that human being as commodities to be traded and sold on the marketplace.” He added: “I just found myself chilled and thinking, only since the Nazis have we seen such cold-blooded indifference to human life.”

The Center for Medical Progress, an anti-abortion group, released the video. Actors posing as body-part buyers secretly recorded their conversation with the Planned Parenthood official.
