Hillary Clinton's Poll Numbers Continue To Plummet

Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton continues to see her favorability rating fall in the polls, as a result of “all her scandals and well-publicized ethical lapses,” according to Breitbart News.

In a recent national survey of registered voters by The Associated Press, only 39 percent said they had a “favorable” view of the former secretary of state. Forty-nine percent, 8 percent more than those in an April poll, gave her an “unfavorable” score.

Even some Democrats are skeptical about Clinton. Her favorability rating among them, while still over 70 percent, has plunged 11 points in the past three months.

Only 30 percent of those surveyed this month called the candidate “honest,” while 40 percent said they consider her “compassionate.” Asked whether she is “inspiring,” 37 percent (down from 44 percent in April) answered affirmatively. Regarding whether Clinton is “decisive,” 47 percent (compared with 56 percent three months ago) said yes.

“The mega-scandal around Clinton’s decision to wipe her email server clean after Nixon-ing thousands of emails is dwarfed only by the Clinton Family Foundation’s serial-ethical lapses and apparent corruption,” Breitbart News wrote in an editorial. The conservative website alleged that the mainstream news media “has done its best to distract from the scandals.”
