Donald Trump Blames Hillary Clinton for Upsetting the World

On Sunday, Donald Trump appeared on "Face the Nation" and discussed the rise of ISIS. He told host John Dickerson that Hillary Clinton's Middle East policies had ruined the world.

He said "I mean, the entire world has been upset. She's done a horrible job, she's caused so many of the problems. And, let me tell you something, she has caused death. She has caused tremendous death with incompetent decisions."

Clinton was asked to explain his stance, where he said that he voted against the Iraq war and she supported it. He then talked about Libya by saying "That was her baby. Look, I mean, I'm not even talking about the ambassador and the people with the ambassador. Young, wonderful people. I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about all the death that's been caused and not only on our side."

He added that Clinton and Obama created ISIS.
