Clinton Rips Into Trump On California Tour

Hillary Clinton, who remains ahead in the race for the Democratic presidential nomination, has moved past the primaries and started gearing up for the general election. The first item on her to-do list: an hour-long speech slamming Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump.

Clinton's foreign policy address on Thursday wasn't so much about foreign policy as it was about Trump. During the hour-long diatribe, Clinton unleashed one scathing criticism after another against her likely opponent for the general election.

"Donald Trump’s ideas aren’t just different – they are dangerously incoherent," said Clinton to a receptive crowd. "They’re not even really ideas – just a series of bizarre rants, personal feuds, and outright lies.He is not just unprepared – he is temperamentally unfit to hold an office that requires knowledge, stability and immense responsibility."

Clinton, as a former senator and Secretary of State, is all too familiar with that responsibility of foreign policy matters. Unfortunately for her, her track record isn't endearing her to voters. Polls show only about half of all voters think her experience will be better than a guy with no foreign policy experience. Those active in the military prefer Trump over Clinton by two-to-one.

Still, Clinton is Confident that her competitor is a threat to the country's future. "We cannot put the safety of our children and grandchildren in Donald Trump’s hands. We cannot let him roll the dice with America," she said.

Trump has issued similar sentiments about Clinton. "She doesn’t have the temperament to be president. She’s got bad judgment. She’s got horribly bad judgment," Trump said only a week ago, according to Fox News. "If you look at the war in Iraq, if you look at what she did with Libya, which was a total catastrophe."

America is caught between a rock and a hard place, and the pressure is on.
