Sheriffs' Heartbreaking Tribute to Dying K9 Has Everyone in Tears (VIDEO)

It is a special custom, a tribute normally performed for fallen officers that the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office in Texas wanted to do for their beloved K9 Argo, who was dying of bone cancer. They performed a last call radio tribute telling Argo it was the end of his watch.
