Woman Notices Cop Pull Over On The Side Of The Road, Stunned By What He Does Next (Photos)

Sometimes cops get a bum rap these days, but the large majority of police officers are honest, hard-working people.

A woman from Missouri named Brittany Wallace posted on social media about a positive interaction with law enforcement that she witnessed. Wallace said she noticed a large black man in a motorized wheelchair who seemed to be waiting to cross the busy street, but he didn’t seem to be moving. It seemed like he had several chances to go but didn’t. This seemed odd, until Wallace figured out that the handicapped man’s scooter had stopped working.

Then, suddenly, the unidentified officer showed up on the scene and got out of his police cruiser to help the man across the street.

A simple act like pushing a disabled stranger across the street may be small in and of itself, but in today’s world where black civilians are rightfully afraid of many white cops, and white officers are often suspicious and more likely to pull over and arrest blacks, it is great to see a positive interaction between the two races.

Kudos to this hard-working Missouri police officer for doing his job regardless of a citizen’s ethnic background.
