This Woman Has Allegedly Made 15 False Sexual Assault Accusations In Three Years

Ms. Jemma Beale, 25, stormed out of court after she was accused of leading two men into a garage for sex. Ms. Jemma Beale has made approximately 15 false sex offence allegations against a number of men, even sending an innocent man to prison for seven years.

Beale made false rape and sexual assault claims against at least 15 different men over the space of 3 years, beginning with her claim against Mr. Mahad Cassim, which left him in jail for several years. Ms. Beale alleged that Mr. Cassim was giving her a lift home after a night out when he raped her.

Mr. Cassim, despite his innocence, was found guilty and sentenced to seven years following retrial at Isleworth Crown Court. Prosecutor John Price QC has since stated that the sentencing of Mr. Cassim “was a wrongful conviction. Mahad Cassim was innocent.”

Following the imprisonment of Mr. Cassim, Ms. Beale went on to accuse Mr. Noam Shazad of groping her in a Windsor pub before he took part in a violent gang rape of Ms. Beale, involving a number of other men. Mr. Shazad was charged with sexual assault before he skipped bail and fled the U.K.

Ms. Beale did not stop there, claiming that two men sexually assaulted her close to her home in Ashford, Middlesex, before Ms. Beale was put through yet another gang rape attack by four men just two months after the incident. Ms. Beale identified two of the men as Mr. Luke Williams and Mr. Steve McCormack.

The two men were arrested and interviewed; however, they were never charged with the alleged offence.

It is believed that Ms. Beale spent the evening with Mr. Williams at a party near her home in Ashford, before the pair went to get alcohol and cigarettes. Ms. Beale claims that it was then that Mr. Williams took her to a garage and arranged for Mr. McCormack and other men to attack her.

Ms. Beale also stated that one of the men was armed with a machete.

Despite her adamant claims, Ms. Beale’s story was torn apart by Mr. Price. Evidence brought before the court revealed that Ms. Beale had been in contact with Mr. McCormack a few days before the alleged assault, and threatened that she would get him in trouble with the police.

“You were already planning what you were about to do-accuse him of attacking you,” Mr. Price accused. “It was the opportunity to do what you had been threatening to do which was to get Steven McCormack in trouble with the police.”

Mr. Price went on to ask Ms. Beale why she was still able to message her friends in the minutes before Mr. Williams and Mr. McCormack supposedly attacked her, asking, “So he knew you had it [the mobile phone] but he didn’t try and take it off you?”

Ms. Beale had no logical response to the question other than “he wouldn’t have tried to take it off me while I was alone with him.”

Mr. Price left Ms. Beale furious and fleeing the courtroom after he stated that she “knew [that she] was in no danger from Luke Williams. You took him to a garage and had sex with him. Exactly as you had done with Mr. Cassim.” The Judge was forced to rise in order to allow Ms. Beale time to calm down.

Update: After making these numerous false rape accusations, Ms. Beale has been sentenced to serve ten years in jail. According to International Business Times, Judge Nicholas Loraine-Smith, who was presiding over her case, told Ms. Beale she was a "manipulative" and "convincing" liar. The judge continued to say "the men you falsely implicated will have to live with the effect of those accusations for the rest of their lives."
