Woman Disappears From Cruise In 1998, 18 Years Later This Photo Surfaces

It's been nearly two decades since a woman mysteriously disappeared off a ship during a family vacation. Sightings over the years give her parents hope that she's still alive and might one day be found.

Amy Lynn Bradley was on a Royal Caribbean International cruise ship with her parents and her brother in March of 1998. Her father spotted Amy sleeping on a chair on the deck right outside the family's cabin around 5:30 in the morning. That was the last time anyone in the family saw the 23-year-old. When he went back out at 6 am, she was gone.

A search ended up futile. Authorities thought Amy might have taken her own life and jumped off the ship, but no body was ever found and the waters had been unusually calm that night.

Over the next few years, mysterious sightings were sporadically reported. Two tourists from Canada said a woman fitting Amy’s description ran up to them in Curacao, but men grabbed her and dragged her into a nearby cafe. The Canadian couple identified Amy's unique tattoos: The Tasmanian Devil, a sun, a Chinese symbol and a Gecko lizard.

A Naval officer was approached by a woman with those same tattoos in a brothel in Curacao. She told him her name was Amy Bradley and begged for help, but another man pulled her away.

In Barbados, Judy Mawer heard a man screaming at a woman in a bathroom stall next to her. When Mawer exited her stall she saw a woman hunched over the sink. The woman looked terrified. When Mawer tried to talk to her, the woman said her name was Amy and that she was from Virginia.

Amy's parents appeared on Dr. Phil in 2005 with a photo featuring a dead ringer for their daughter. The woman is laying on a bed in lingerie posing suggestively.

Amy’s parents believe she was kidnapped and sold into sex slavery. Recent social media posts indicate they believe their daughter is still alive and in some kind of trafficking ring. They have not given up hope and are still offering a $250,000 reward for information about Amy.
