Woman Convicted Of Sexually Assaulting A 3-Year-Old, Judge Reveals Her Sentencing

A woman in the U.K. took sexually explicit photos of herself with a female toddler and sent them to a male friend. According to authorities, she showed little remorse. The victim's devastated mother shouted in court, "I hope you rot, you fat cow."

Sadie Annette Morris, 24, said that when she was 21 years old she took the photos of herself and the 3-year-old victim. She explained to the jury, "People were asking me to take pictures of myself doing different things and I sent some to a couple of random people. I was experimenting."

"I knew some people who were doing it and I thought it would be fun. After I sent some I found it wasn't for me and didn't do it again," Morris said. "I regret sending those [of herself]. It was a stupid thing to do."

The photos were found by police on the recipient's phone. They were doing a search of his North Wales home when they found pictures of Morris performing sex acts on the child stored on the man's Blackberry.

"Her treatment of this child was truly sickening, but she then flaunted this by distributing images of what she had done," said a spokesperson for the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC). "She has since shown little remorse during a trial that must have been painful for the child's family."

A jury found Morris guilty on counts of sexually assaulting a girl under 13 and distributing indecent images of children. She was sentenced to five years in jail.
