Wife Pops Husband's 4-Yr-Old Zit. What Comes Out? Disturbing (Video)

What will you do for love? Answers to that question vary, but it looks like this loving wife will do just about anything you can. At least that’s the takeaway from this viral video, which shows us how she helped her husband deal with a minor annoyance that had been nagging at him for years.

As the Daily Mail shares, Khristina Powell found a solution for the pimple that had been sitting on her husband Wade’s cheek for the past four years.

So what did Khristina come up with? Some kind of special ointment or cream? A home remedy? Some simple TLC to wish it away? Nah, she simply dug in and popped that bad boy, and an epic eruption ensued that’s definitely not for the faint of heart.

The whole thing was captured on video and shared, and it’s become quite a sensation.

“Wade, 28, who had the spot for four years, winces in pain as the pimple suddenly erupts into a yellow stream of pus under her brute force. During the three-minute battle, Mrs Powell digs her pink nails into each side of the lump to get a firm grip,” the Mail reports. “Pushing harder and harder, the fluid then flies out of his face, prompting her in a strong American accent to warn him that it may smell. Closing his eyes to try and dampen the pain, Wade can be heard groaning during the stomach-churning ordeal.”

Undeterred, Khristina went in for the kill shot, and this time the pimple was no match for her. Before you know it, the pimple exploded and oozed out a steady stream of pus.

“'It was an instant relief when it was over,” said her husband.

It’s unclear if he was talking about having the pimple removed finally, or just the fact that he was glad to not have his wife digging into his face with such brute force. In any event, it was problem solved for the happy couple.

Before you go ahead and try this at home or plan out your Saturday night for some pimple popping, you may want to heed the warning of some skin care experts.

“It's always worth seeking help from a doctor or dermatologist when dealing with spots like this to avoid scarring and possible infection,” notes British Skin Foundation spokesperson Lisa Bickerstaffe.

As Michelle Rodrigues shared on The Conversation, you should definitely be resisting those urges to pop away those unsightly blemishes.

“A pimple is like a little bag under the skin that contains oil, bacteria and inflammation. Squeezing it can result in these contents being pushed into surrounding skin, making the problem worse. It can also lead to infection and temporary darkening of the skin in that area. On top of this, the inflammation can become so bad that scarring is left behind when the pimple finally settles down,” she wrote. “And scarring (unlike the pimple) can be permanent. If you resist the urge to squeeze, pimples will usually resolve over a week or so without scarring. The 'white' contents will also settle down or spontaneously pop when ready.”
