Welfare Queen Unhappy That Lower Benefit Caps Are Forcing Her To Get A Job

One woman in the UK decided that instead of working for a living, she was going to make a career out of having children and collecting welfare benefits. Now that benefit caps have been lowered, it appears to be putting a crimp in the welfare queen's lifestyle.

Marie Buchan, a single mother of eight children by several different fathers, has been complaining about the benefits cap for a while.

“This benefits cap is getting out of control,” Buchan said, according to Top Right News. “I think you are going to get similar cases as to what happened with the bedroom tax – people taking their own life due to the financial pressures they are feeling. It will hit people that hard.”

Obviously, though, the benefit caps weren’t low enough. The entitled mother made nearly $49,000 per year in cash benefits. It was enough for her to stretch so that she could buy her children extravagant Christmas presents and take a lavish luxury vacation to Hawaii.

Now that the benefit cap has been reduced to $41,000 per year, Buchan is going to be forced to find her first job in her life. “I did attempt to start work in the past and had it all in place to do a 16-hour cleaning job,” Buchan said, “but the kids didn’t want to get ready in the morning, so I could leave. It is going to be so tough.”

Here's one way to make life easier: stop having children you can’t afford to support.
