Transgender Arrested After Customer Catches Him Doing This At Target

Ever since Target announced a company-wide policy that would allow people to use whatever restroom or dressing room they choose, they've gotten a lot of flak. Customers worried that perverts might take advantage of such policies and that this might endanger customers when they're in a vulnerable position. As it turns out, the perverts have not disappointed.

Idaho police arrested a biological male/transgendered woman after he was caught taking photos of a woman in a Target dressing room. The woman was changing clothes when she spotted someone reaching over the divider to snap photos. When the victim confronted the voyeur, the transgendered woman fled.

Witness testimony and security videos help police track down the suspect. They arrested Shauna Patricia (legally Sean Patrick) Smith, 43, and charged him with felony voyeurism.

Shoppers have boycotted Target since they announced their gender-bender bathroom policy in April, arguing that this very type of incident could happen. Shareholders have expressed their concern and the company has announced that they'll be investing in private individual bathrooms for customers.
