Thieves Steal Couple's Donald Trump Signs And Never Expected This Response
Karen and Donald Peters are staunch Donald Trump supporters. The couple live in Paradise Township in York County and own an auto sales business. They are so fervent for Trump that they proudly and courageously displayed several small Trump signs in front of their property. Unfortunately, their signs were stolen three weeks ago.
In addition, the couple owns three properties and use a golf cart called the "Trumpmobile" to get between them.
They weren't going to let some cowardly liberal prevent them from enjoying their First Amendment rights. So, they came up with the best response ever. They built a wall, evoking Trump's statements about building a wall. It's a big, blue wooden fortress that has two Trump signs on each side. Yet, their message was even more memorable.
They wrote, "You can steal our signs but you can't steal our votes." Unfortunately, thieves still went after their wall. As a result, they repaired it with a built-in alarm. Now, if you tap the side of the "wall" an alarm will go off. It even comes with a security camera and booby trap consisting of a string with a few cowbells.
Karen explained, “It’s wired. If they decide to try and pull this, it’ll shake and we will also hear that." Moreover, they have an "invisible wall." If anyone tries to climb the hill on their property, a silent alarm is triggered. Donald said, "Hey, you know, we're just protecting our freedom of speech." It's unfortunate they have to go so far in the country that was founded on the values of protecting free speech.
