Teenager Used Brass Knuckles To Suckerpunch A Boy - Just Got A Dose Of Karma (Video)

An Arkansas teen who viciously beat a pre-teen was caught on video, and now he faces up to 20 years in prison. The teen's mother and lawyer argue that the teen needs treatment, not prison.

Kane Millsaps, 16, is being tried as an adult for unexpectedly attacking a 12-year-old with a sucker-punch to the face. Once the other teen had fallen off his skateboard and onto his back, Millsaps continued to punch him in the face and head. The whole brutal attack was caught on video.

Millsaps was charged with first-degree battery as an adult. If convicted, he could be sentenced to prison for up to 20 years.

The mother of the attacker is concerned about her son's mental health. She explains that he's been dealing with issues for some time. Millsaps had been in a juvenile detention center for the last year and a half for fighting, he only just recently got out.

Attorney Frank Shaw says that the video is disturbing, but he doesn't think it warrants 20 years in prison. "It's my opinion that this is an untreated 16-year-old who needs help," Shaw said.

Shaw filed a motion with the court to have Millsaps evaluated for his mental health. He doesn't believe Millsaps is fit for a criminal trial.

The prosecutor, who has promised to prosecute Millsaps to the fullest extent of the law, says the teen will have 'every opportunity to make his case.'
