Is She Your Friend On Facebook? Unfriend Her Immediately (Photos)

One of the perils we face in our digital age is the presence of scammers who will stop at nothing to gain access to sensitive information. Simply not clicking on something you’re not sure of remains solid advice to follow, but sometimes things will look so innocent at first glance that we can’t stop ourselves from checking it out. According to the Daily Mail, there’s an innocent looking woman that’s been popping up on friend lists all over Facebook, and nobody seems to know who she is.

The woman’s profile lists her name as Madhu Shah, but it turns out that she has more than 30 accounts. A user named Pawan Manghnani expects something fishy is going on, and she has posted an alert for others to be careful.

Facebook India is looking into the issue, and it’s unclear what the motivation is for the multiple accounts.
