Reason Teens Beat Girl To Death In Bathroom Finally Revealed

A fight between two girls in the bathroom of the Howard High School of Technology in Wilmington, DE took a tragic turn that would see one student lose their life. According to the Daily Mail, the senseless loss was the result of an argument over a boy.

Amy Inita Joyner-Francis, 16, was in the bathroom of the school before classes began for the day, and she would get into an argument with another unidentified student over a boy. The pair would begin to scuffle, but as this eyewitness explains, it quickly turned into a lopsided affair.

“She was fighting a girl, and then that's when all these other girls started banking her -like jumping her - and she hit her head on the sink,” said Kaya Wilson.

The fight would break up and Amy would be rushed to a nearby children’s hospital. She was later pronounced dead from her injuries, and two female students were brought down to the police station for further inquiry into exactly what happened.

Parents, students and teachers around the community have been absolutely stunned at the events that have unfolded, and those who knew Amy well find it particularly maddening that she would lose her life in such a way.

“She didn’t believe in fighting, and the craziest thing is she died in a fight,” said Nik Stryminski.
