President Obama Being Sued By Unlikely Person For Inciting A 'Race War'

A police officer in Dallas, Texas has filed a federal lawsuit against prominent politicians, social justice leaders and social activist groups. According to the officer, they have been inciting violence against the police and other authorities.

Sgt. Demetrick Pennie filed the complaint on Friday, September 16, stating that defendants 'repeatedly incited their supporters and others to engage in threats and attacks' against police officers across the nation, in particular, the five officers killed at the Dallas Black Lives Matter protests.

“This action was brought to stop the violence and killings of law enforcement officers in Dallas and throughout the nation,” said Pennie to 'Breitbart Texas.'

Attorney Larry Klayman is representing Pennie. Klayman filed a similar lawsuit himself in July immediately after the Dallas shootings. Klayman is founder of the conservative public advocacy organizations 'Judicial Watch' and 'Freedom Watch.'

The long list of defendants includes: Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Louis Farrakhan, Nation of Islam, Rev. Al Sharpton, National Action Network, Malik Zulu Shabazz, the New Black Panthers, George Soros, Erick Holder, and Black Lives Matter.

Before Pennie can be accused of racism, it should be known that the 17-year police veteran is also black.
