This Police Officer Raped A 13-Year-Old Girl, People Furious With His Mind-Blowing Sentence

In an atmosphere of increasing division within America and large-scale criticism and violence towards American police officers, the sentencing of 39-year-old New York Police Department (NYPD) sergeant Vladimir Krull, has incensed thousands of people. In an appalling abuse and corruption of NYPD authority, Krull was convicted of multiple counts of rape, sexual abuse, committing a criminal sexual act and endangering the welfare of a child. However, on 14 March, 2017, Mr. Krull sentenced and only received sentenced to 3 years in jail, a pitiful amount considering his crimes warranted up to 21 years’ jail time. Mr. Krull’s employment within the NYPD was terminated within days of his arrest after an internal affairs investigation.

Prior to his sentencing, Mr. Krull had been dating a single mother for close to 3 years. The unnamed mother was allegedly unaware that her boyfriend had been sexually abusing her 13-year-old daughter.

Between November 2013 and February 2014, the young victim has sworn under oath that Krull raped her twice, once in her mother’s apartment and again, in his car. These horrific incidents were the culmination of several months of inappropriate touching and sexual conversations after Krull first kissed the young victim against her will when she began eighth grade. A third incident was detailed by the brave young girl who recounted that the former NYPD sergeant restrained her in his car in June, 2014, “forcing her to give him oral sex”.

After weeks of deliberation, the jury delivered a guilty verdict and Mr. Krull was sentenced to 3 years imprisonment for each of his three major charges. However, members of the community and NYPD were shocked when it was revealed that this sentence could be served concurrently, reducing the jail time from 9 years to a mere 3 years. The depravity and damage of Mr. Krull’s crimes cannot be measured and many people have questioned the fairness of the legal system when dealing with criminals with a history in law enforcement. The location and health of the victim and her family remain unknown.
