Piers Morgan Shocks The World With Four Poignant Words About Donald Trump

This week, the world experienced another heartbreaking shock when Brussels, Belgium was hit by an appalling terrorist attack. Many of us brought to tears as images of the devastating attack flooded every news cycle. In the midst of all of this, former CNN anchor Piers Morgan interviewed Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump on his UK show, "Good Morning Britain."

Morgan has never been known to be a right-wing conservative, but he gave Trump the right to express his views and opinion. After his interview he wrote, "How many more?"

He continued, “America has a demob happy President Obama seeking out his last few months in office. A man whose infamous ‘leading from behind’ philosophy to foreign policy has been partly responsible for the war in Syria raging uncontrollably for five years – allowing fundamentalism to ferment. Obama has zero interest in doing anything tangible to really deal with ISIS. This is now parked in the tray marked ‘next president’s problem.’”

It was quite surprising to hear Morgan criticize President Obama. Yet, what was even more surprising were his thoughts on Donald Trump. As most liberals and even the Pope, chastise the world about welcoming in refugees with open arms, Morgan explains this has resulted in "utter disaster" as most nations aren't thoroughly vetting them. He then states that he believes Donald Trump is the only person offering a concrete plan to finally defeat ISIS.

Although the media, and Trump's rivals, characterize Trump's plans as unrealistic, Morgan agrees with him. Morgan summarized Trump's plan of hitting them “so hard they never recover,” a short-term ban on Muslims entering the US until the issues at hand are dealt with effectively, torturing suspects like Abdeslam “with techniques like water-boarding to try and extract information about future attacks,” and building a wall to “stop illegal immigrants pouring over the Mexican border into America--Morgan then asked "Is he so wrong?"

He went on to ask, “Is he so wrong” to say “America must make it far harder for illegal immigrants to enter the U.S. and thinks European countries should follow suit?” He told me he believes there are now areas of many major European cities which have become poisonous breeding grounds for radicalized Islamic terror,” asking the same question again, “Is he so wrong?”

Morgan shocked many leftists and conservatives by writing, “I didn’t feel I was talking to a lunatic, as many seem to view Trump. I saw a guy, a non-politician unfettered by PC language restraints, who is genuinely furious at the devastation which ISIS is wreaking, and seriously concerned for the security of his fellow Americans and indeed, the citizens of Europe. Remember, Trump’s from New York and felt the horror of 9/11 very personally and very deeply like all New Yorkers.”

Morgan did publicly criticize Trump for his suggestion on a short-term ban on Muslims, but he said he's known Trump for 10 years and doesn't believe he's a racist. Morgan explained, “I think he’s someone who has spent his life responding to metaphorical punches on his nose by punching even harder back. And right now, he firmly believes that ISIS will murder countless more Americans and Europeans if somebody somewhere doesn’t stand up and punch them hard in the face. Someone prepared to stop spewing politically-correct niceties after these attacks, hoping nobody gets offended, and actually DO something.”

Morgan continued to stun by concluding, “[H]ow many more scenes like this morning’s appalling images from Brussels are we going to tolerate before we try a non-PC option to beat these disgusting excuses for human beings?”

Perhaps the far-left is finally waking up and realizing that they need to start listening to someone like Trump.
