Photo Leaked Of Taylor Swift Being 'Sexually Assaulted' (Photos)

A photo used as evidence in Taylor Swift's sexual assault lawsuit was ordered by a judge to remain sealed. Somehow, someone got hold of the photograph and leaked it. Swift claims the photo is evidence that the former DJ groped her.

Swift posed for a photo with DJ David Mueller at a meet-and-greet event in June of 2013. Swift claims that Mueller sexually assaulted her just as the photo was snapped.

"He reached up under my skirt and grabbed my ass when I was having to pose for a photo," Swift said. The photographer recalls seeing a strange expression on Swift's face. He thought she tripped on her heel or something.

The pop star claims she was stunned and speechless at the time. "I was barely able to get words out, and it was like somebody switched the lights off in my personality," said Swift.

With fans surrounding her, the stunned star tried to compose herself and process what had just happen.

"...I didn't want people to find out about this. Anything that I say in front of fans could end up in the press, and I didn't want that," she explained.

Mueller was fired and sued Swift for slander. Swift is counter-suing for sexual assault.

In the photo, Mueller is standing next to Swift. His hand is behind her. Though it can't be seen what what he’s touching (if anything), the hand is level with her bottom.

Swift appealed to a judge to have the photo sealed to protect her privacy, but after it was leaked it was published by TMZ.
