Officer Shocked By Man Who Approached Him Following Terror Attack

Officers with the New York Police Department were kept very busy Saturday night after an explosion that injured 29 people. Sunday morning, one Starbuck's employee bought the officers some coffee and other treats.

The man identified only as Jermaine walked up to the barricade and told first responders he has coffee and pastries for them. The man thanked them for their service profusely and said, "I wish I could give a little more."

The officer who accepted the bags thanked Jermaine. Someone filmed a short video clip of the exchange and it's gone viral.

Many are citing the exchange as a fine example of those 'New York Values' that were criticized by Ted Cruz during the Republican primaries.
