Mother's Response To Judge Taking Baby Away Leaves The Whole Courtroom Horrified

In a case that has puzzled police, a woman in Miami threw an infant from her car at a traffic stop. The incident occurred on Memorial Day after the woman, who goes by the name Monique Miller, was pulled over by police officers for a routine traffic stop. When officers approached the woman, they saw what appeared to be an infant sitting in her lap as she was in the driver’s seat.

In what appears to be an attempt to hide the fact that she had been driving with a baby sitting unprotected in her lap, she decided to fling the baby out of the window. Where she thought the baby would go unnoticed is unclear.

Miller was hostile towards the police and at first resisted stopping the car at all. When she finally did, another passenger who had been sitting in the car decided to open the door and flee. Miller remained in the car with the baby, became hostile and began yelling obscenities at the officers, according to the police report.

It was when the officers got close the car that she bizarrely tried the throw the baby out in a state of panic. What she and the other passenger were trying to hide is unclear. The police managed to rescue the baby from injuries by grabbing it from the window. The exact age and gender of the baby are unknown.

It didn’t stop there. When the police were making the arrest, Miller continued exhibiting strange behavior, remained aggressive and kicked the door of the police cruiser, causing it to hit one of the officers in the head which caused an injury.

She has now been charged with child neglect, criminal mischief, and battery on a law enforcement officer. The judge ordered her to stay away from her child, to which she responded: "OK, I need a break anyway."

She is still in jail and so far unable to pay a $7500 bond. She has also been ordered by a judge to take prescribed medications, which could explain the entire incident. The nature of the medications and the reason for the prescription is unknown.
