Mother Shocked After School Refuses To Serve Her Son Lunch - Does The Unthinkable

One high school student was mortified when a lunch lady told him that he couldn't get any food due to an unpaid bill. He told his mother, and she went down to the school and took care of it - not just for her own son, but for everyone.

Amanda Keown couldn't believe her son Dominic was denied food by his school over a bill of less than $5. Adding insult to injury, the lunch lady took Dominic's tray out of his hands and threw it in the trash, then announced in front of all his peers that he 'didn't have enough to eat today.'

“It was really embarrassing,” Dominic said in an interview with CNN.

Keown marched right over to the school and paid off Dominic's bill. Then she paid off the lunch bills for every kid in the school. It cost her around $200, but she feels it was worth it.

“I was appalled that he was denied lunch and his lunch was taken out of his hands over $5,” she said.

"I don't want another kid going through what my son went through," she added.

More and more schools are shaming children for not being paid up for their lunch bill. It might be time for parents to start shaming some of the schools.
