Man Tried to Get Away with Filming Boys in Restaurant Bathroom

At a Kentucky Chick-fil-A, families were enjoying meals oblivious to anything circumspect taking place. The Christian-owned eatery was the last place anyone would think of as a haven for nefarious activity. That is probably why one 31-year-old man felt he found the perfect spot to engage in his activities.

Bryan Wilson set up his cellphone camera--in the men's bathroom. It was some time before 4:30 p.m., on January 9, that Wilson entered the restroom.

Although, his camera wasn't discovered until 5 hours later. In the meantime, four boys and one man had used the bathroom. None of them realized they were recorded. Wilson used an app to record the genitalia of around four underage boys and one adult male.

LMPD Sgt. Pat Bass said, “It was somewhat hidden. It was up on a cabinet that they use. It was propped up there, where the normal person probably wouldn’t see it. It’s disheartening to think that somebody would do that in a place that should be private.”

Louisville police were finally able to trace the device back to Wilson. He turned himself in on Monday, but has already been bailed out of jail.

The arrest warrant stated that evidence proved that the “video recorded the urinal in the men’s room for the purpose of capturing video of the genitalia of men and boys using this bathroom.” Police believe Wilson hasn't yet had the opportunity to share the images he captured.

He was charged with five counts of video voyeurism. In addition, he is due in court on February 4.
