Man Sets Up Camera In His Apartment - Horrified By What He Sees A Few Days Later

A man began sharing some strange experiences he's been having. The New York man believes that the ghost of a small child is haunting him. He believes it's a malevolent spirit intent on killing him. His tweets have gone viral, and many people seem to believe him.

Polls show that belief in a God has been dramatically going down, but belief in ghosts has been on the rise. There are some countries now in which people are more likely to believe in ghosts than in God. In this day and age of social media, ghosts can no longer fly under the radar. They're now being carefully watched on social media.

The Twitter user 'moby-dickhead', who is Adam Ellis, an apparel store owner, claims that a dangerous ghost has come into his life, and it's raising all kinds of problems for him. It all started when Ellis tweeted, "So, my apartment is currently being haunted by the ghost of a dead child and he's trying to kill me."

He shared the story with his followers, claiming, "He started appearing in dreams, but I think he's crossed over into the real world now."

A few nights after he first announced that he believed he had a ghost on his hand, he says he had a dream in which a little girl approached him in a library. She walked up to him and said, "You've seen Dear David, haven't you?"

He kept asking her what she was talking about, but she just kept repeating herself. The girl then told him, "He's dead. He only appears at midnight, and you can ask him two questions if you said 'Dear David' first."

She added, "But never try to ask him a third question, or he'll kill you."

Of course, Ellis disregarded this information. He followed the instructions of the dream girl and began to interrogate David at midnight. He says he learned that David died in a retail store after a shelf fell and hit him on the head. After he went on to the third question, though, David stared at him in a long silence. Ellis woke up screaming.

He broke David's rules, and, apparently, it's on. Ellis believes David's hauntings are becoming increasingly threatening. "For the past 4 nights, my cats gather at the front door at exactly midnight & just stare at it, almost like something is on the other side," he tweeted with an odd image of his cats.

He reports this has been happening every night now, and it's like someone is trying to get in. The New Yorker also began experiencing dreams in which 'David was dragging me by the arm through an old abandoned warehouse'.

When he woke up the next day, he had a large bruise on his arm. He also started getting some creepy phone calls, but the caller's number is repeatedly listed as 'No Caller ID: unknown.'

When he answered one of these calls, Ellis heard the crackling of static, and a faint whisper that said, "Hello."

"I sort of feel like I'm losing my mind," Ellis wrote.

In order to validate his experience, he purchased nanny cams and positioned them all over his home. In one incident, he caught a chair moving with no one around.

Ellis's tweets have gone viral and many people are roped into his story. Some are urging him to move, and others are trying to convince him that the ghost boy is actually a demon.

Others don't buy the story at all. They think it's a marketing stunt to draw attention to the shopkeeper's business.
