Man Makes Genius Invention To Help Him Float Down The River

Why paddle down a river, when you can be pulled? One UK-based man had just that thought.

Mick Carroll was walking when he noticed something strange. He saw a man sitting in a raft getting pulled down the river with a remote-controlled tug boat. He said, "dont ya just love eccentric’s. Seen this fella as we were passin thru Market Drayton gettin pulled along by a remote control tug. Brilliant."
