Man Gets Instant Karma After He Puts Bounty On A White Female Police Officer

A female Detroit police officer was filmed giving school supplies to a poor little girl, and the clip was posted on social media.

Most of the comments were positive, but one foolish person posted a death threat against the police officer.

Of note, most of the negative comments come from people who say she had arrested them before.

"She's a well-known officer in the 11th precinct,” explained Assistant Chief Steve Dolunt of the Detroit Police Department. "She wears plain clothes, she's made a lot of arrests, and some people don't like to get arrested."

The problem cropped up when a poster named "Gee Ross" wrote "kill that pig" in reference to the video on Sunday night.

"You want to threaten one of my people, then guess what? It's time to pay the piper," Dolunt commented.

With the assistance of the feds, the man who made the threatening comment was arrested, and is now waiting to be brought up on charges.

Dolunt says another Facebook user notifed them about the threat.

“If it's a threat against police they should call us," he noted. "Actually if it's a threat against anyone, we should be notified."

Dolunt also said this is a good reminder that anything you say on social media does not get completely erased, and the police do have the tools to track you down.
