Man Gets Arrested for Hoagie Assault

Jonathan M. Magnes of Morristown, New Jersey was drunk when he threw a sandwich at a 50-year-old man at a Fairfax pizza restaurant before driving away.

The Fairfax City Police Department in Virginia promptly arrested and locked up the 32-year-old. The victim, who was not injured, tailed Magnes before the officers arrived to arrest him. It is not yet clear what caused the scuffle.

On Sunday, Magnes was charged with assault and battery, driving under the influence of alcohol and refusal of a blood and breath test.
