Little Girl Breaks Tough News To Parents, "I'm Sorry If This Is Hard For You" (PHOTOS)

A nine-year-old girl has taken it upon herself to solve a mystery that was absolutely eating away at her, and she has shared her findings with her parents. According to ABC 11, the girl has gotten to the bottom of the origins of the tooth fairy, and has some pretty good ideas about some other legends that simply aren’t adding up for her.

The adorable little girl is named Lexi, and she took the time to put pen to paper to reveal her findings. Thankfully, her dad took the time to post the note on Reddit, and it has attracted quite a following.

“Dear "Tooth Fairy,"

I don't believe in the tooth fairy any more. I know it's you who gets the money and puts it under my pillow, mom and dad. I'm sorry if this is hard for you, but I'm 9 now. (P.S.) I don't believe in Santa Claus either.

Love, Lexi

P.S. Daddy, I knew it was you last Easter, hiding my Easter eggs!” the adorable note reads.

The Tooth Fairy, Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny have declined comment thus far.
