Woman Blames Gun Control Laws On Being At The Mercy of Intruders

A 61-year-old woman living near Terrell, Texas was attacked by two burglars over the weekend. She was armed, and able to hit them, but she was also beaten badly. The reason is due to liberal laws, which hopes to ban guns altogether.

The woman had to obey a "gun control" law that left her at the mercy of the intruders. The woman was woken when two intruders broke into her home. She then reached for her gun and shot one of the criminals. Yet, she ran out of bullets due to restrictions on the number of bullets that can be legally loaded into a gun. After that, the intruder attacked her.

The woman, who asked CBS11 not to use her name, said, “He must of heard me clicking it because that’s when he came back and beat me up really bad." After beating her up, the dingbats knew that 21-year-old robber Saul Guzman needed medical attention. They stole the woman's purse and rushed him to the hospital.

By then, police were notified of the attack. They were looking for a suspect with a gunshot wound. That is when they found Saul at the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries to his stomach. It was confirmed that he was suffering from a gunshot wound.

After that, police found the second thief, Pedro Guzman, also 21 years-old, sitting in a car in a gas station parking lot across the street from the hospital where Saul was being treated for his gunshot wound.

Cops were able to locate a second purse, believed to be connected to a separate robbery, in a trash can at the gas station. Terrell Police Captain A.D. Sansom said, “We do believe they may be responsible for other offenses in our city." Both suspects were charged with Burglary of Habitation, Intend other Felony Theft or Assault, Theft of Firearm, and Burglary of Vehicle.

The woman never thought she would run out of ammo. She now plans to purchase another gun. She stated, “I hope other women will take note. I am glad I was I was able to defend myself.”
