Investigators Found Feces Smeared In JonBenet’s Room - Reveals Who Did It
The death of JonBenet Ramsey back in 1996 remains one of the most high profile unsolved murder cases in our nation’s history. As such, it’s been the subject of an endless amount of speculation and theories - so much so that it’s sparked its own cottage industry. Interest in the case ramped up even more than normal last year, which was the 20th anniversary of her death.
As Fox News shares, the fever pitch level of interest manifested itself in a number of forms, including a highly touted CBS television special entitled "The Case of JonBenet Ramsey." That special offered up a new theory on the case, and it pointed the finger squarely at her brother as the culprit. Burke Ramsey was portrayed as the killer of his sister, and the implication was that his mother helped cover it up pretty easily, thanks to the bungling of the investigation by the authorities in the family’s home state of Colorado.
Burke is not pleased with the implication, and he’s filed a whopping $750 million lawsuit to show just how ticked off he is.
"The accusation that Burke Ramsey killed his sister was based on a compilation of lies, half-truths, manufactured information, and the intentional omission and avoidance of truthful information about the murder of JonBenet Ramsey," the suit reads in part.
JonBenet was found murdered and strangled at her home on December 26, 1996. An extensive and highly publicized investigation followed, and each and every twist and turn became tabloid fodder. Remarkably, the extensive investigation failed to provide a single named suspect in her death. That’s led to the finger constantly being pointed at her family, and that’s perfectly understandable considering the child’s body was found at her home.
However, Burke’s lawsuit points out that the latest attempt to crack the case was produced with "the preconceived the storyline" of him as the culprit, and he’s not going to sit by quietly and take it.
