Illegal Immigrant Approached Her At Soccer Game, Then Makes Sick Move In Parking Lot

A man who admitted he's been twice deported to Mexico is alleged to have sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl in a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Court documents show that 26-year-old Cristian Sanchez of Milwaukee is looking at charges including sexual assault of a child under the age of 16, child enticement, and refusing to aid a police officer.

Apparently, Waukesha police spoke with a 17-year-old girl who call 911. The girl said she and her 15-year-old sister were at the Schuetze Building for a soccer game when her younger sister said she was going to the van to get a snack. The 17-year-old told officers she became worried when her sister did not return 20 minutes later. The 17-year-old girl and her parents went to look for the younger girl.

According to a police report, the 15-year-old sister was located in the parking lot with an "unknown Hispanic male," who "walked quickly to his car and drove off”.

The girl told officers the Hispanic man was named "Miguel Garcia," and that he was a referee for the soccer games. The girl said she had known him for three or four months now.

It seems the girl and the man were communicating through an app on her phone. The criminal complaint noted that the man sent her messages saying he "loved her," and even came to her school with flowers one time.

She said they sat in his car and Garcia/Sanchez "tried to kiss her" on that occasion.

In the most recent incident, the girl told police investigators he called her to the parking lot, and asked her to walk to his car. As they walked, the girl said he opened his jacket and noted it was cold, saying she should snuggle up in his jacket to stay warm. According to the girl, Garcia/Sanchez then intentionally touched her private parts.

Not surprisingly, the suspect apparently "became frightened" when he heard voices calling the missing teen’s name, he leapt up, rushed to his car and drove away.

Sanchez also admitted to providing a false name and passport to police. He told authorities he'd been deported twice, and claimed it was just a "loose relationship" with the 15-year-old girl. However, he did not deny texting her, attempting to kiss her or touching her.
