Husband And Wife Lay Side By Side On Life Support - Son Captures Something Amazing

It was love at first sight for one couple, but like all good things, the romance had to sadly come to an end. This moving story will remain as a reminder to all who knew them that love is what really matters.

Jim and Cindy Mininni had 24 years together. The two were dating when Cindy told Jim she was pregnant. Jim cried tears of joy and the two started their happy family.

Over two decades later, Jim was diagnosed with lung cancer and struggled to fight it, but it seemed to be a losing battle. He was dying, but his son and devoted wife were always by his side.

Things took an even more tragic turn, however. Cindy had a heart attack. She was sent to a different hospital and was being treated. Family and even hospital staff tried to have her transferred so the two could be together, but the transfer was denied.

Time was running short for Jim, but Cindy was still recovering. He couldn't speak due to tubes down his throat, Jim wrote messages to their son, Chris, saying 'Mom.' He wanted Cindy.

The hospital staff fought for Cindy to be transferred, and finally won in the nick of time. Cindy and Jim were reunited, though she was unconscious from her treatments. Jim at least got to hold her hand and got to say goodbye to the love of his life.

Once he got his moment, Jim allowed nature to take its course. His body shut down and he passed away.

Cindy woke up eventually and was devastated by Jim's death, but she treasures the photos of the two of them in their last moments together.
