Her 12-Year-Old Was Raped And Impregnated, Now Mother Comes Clean

A mother from south Warwickshire in the UK was unable to conceive any more children, but she really wanted to have another one with her partner. The mother decided that they should use her 12-year-old daughter from a previous relationship as a surrogate, and she encouraged her partner to rape the terrified girl.

As the Daily Mail shares, the shocking instance came to light when the girl wound up pregnant and spoke up about what happened to her. An investigation would lead to the woman and her partner being busted. While they can’t be named to protect the identity of the girl, they were absolutely hammered by the judge at the Warwick Court. Judge Andrew Lockhart QC took his time dressing down the pair for their repulsive actions.

“It is the responsibility of those with the gift of children to look after them and prepare them for life with love and kindness. Great trust is placed in the hands of those who are parents; and when that trust is broken, great damage is done to the child and to society. You planned to have a child together but were told it was not possible. You both then decided that one way forward would be for her to become pregnant and for you to raise the child,” he said.

The mother has been sentenced to six years behind bars for conspiracy to commit rape, while her partner was sentenced to 18 years for actually committing the rape. Both plead guilty. No word on where the 12-year-old girl will now be staying.

“That was a wicked thing to do. It had no regard for her age or for the future damage it would do, or for her welfare or the welfare of any child that might be born. This was not just rape, but rape with the intention of ensuring the pregnancy of a 12-year-old child,” Lockhart continued.
