Hammered Woman Urinates On Police Station Floor After Kicking Officer In Face

When you’re an 18-year-old college student and completely hammered, it’s typically not a good idea to be out in public. Being fall-down drunk and making good decisions generally don’t go hand-in-hand, and that applies regardless of the age of the intoxicated person. Kaitlyn J. Testen is the student in question, and the police at Penn State had their hands full when they saw her stumbling around.

As the Charlotte Observer explains, police spotted Testen staggering along while being assisted by a male acquaintance. No word on what Testen’s drink of choice for the evening was, but it was quite clear that she was blitzed out of her mind. That would become even more apparent as the officers approached the pair.

Testen was having a seriously hard time standing up straight, and her male friend was basically holding her up. The officers stopped and were planning on having a chat with the pair, but Testen decided it would be a good idea to attempt to walk away instead. She realized she couldn’t accomplish that in her current state, so she decided to sit on the curb instead. Her male friend hightailed it out of there at that point.

Additional officers were called in to help track the man down. The officers were successful, but then Testen decided it was her turn to attempt to beat feet. She was handcuffed by the officers, who would determine that she was so intoxicated that she may need medical attention. Once the University Ambulance Service arrived on site, she resisted attempts to place her on the stretcher.

She was restrained, but she managed to break free and kick an officer in the face. That was enough to finally get her arrested. Testen was hauled into the police station, and she removed her shorts and urinated all over the interview room floor for an encore. She’s facing a whole boatload of charges, and we can only imagine that her family is quite proud.
