Group Of 8 Men Punch Vet's Wife In The Face - Too Late When They Realized Their Mistake

When retired Iraq war veteran, Kyle Tyrrell, took a walk with his wife and daughter at Cosy Corner beach in Torquay, Victoria, he never would have guessed it would end in a violent fight. When his wife was confronted and verbally abused by a group of Muslim men, Mr. Tyyrell had no choice but to step in.

The retired lieutenant-colonel took to Facebook to set the record straight regarding the fight that occurred on January 24, 2016, and told the public, he would ‘do it again in a heartbeat’. Mr. Tyrrell revealed the true version of events, detailing how his wife was called a “white sl**” and a “white w***e” after she informed the fisherman he could not deposit a crab pot in a marine sanctuary. The fisherman did not appear to like being told what to do by a woman, unleashing a tirade of abuse before walking towards her in an intimidating manner. Mr. Tyrrell was quick to respond, intercepting the man before he could harm his wife or daughter.

When the fight broke out, seven other Muslim men joined the tussle, inflicting only minor injuries on Mr. Tyrrell. However, at least one of the fisherman was taken to hospital for the injuries he obtained. Despite his best efforts, Mr. Tyrrell’s wife also suffered some injuries after one of the males punched her in the face when she was attempting to remove her daughter (who was not harmed) from the situation. Due to the criticism, he received on social media outlets such as Facebook, Mr. Tyrrell wished to inform the public that the attack on his wife was racially motivated, but not on his behalf. Tyrrell went on to conclude he would ‘do the same thing again… I would do that for any woman I saw in that situation, not just my wife’. It is unclear whether the aggressive men will face charges, investigation or prosecution.
