Girl's Own Teachers Were Bullying Her, Now Her Family Is Getting Justice

When you send your children off to school you would consider the fact that they may be subjected to bullying by other kids, but you never think it would the teachers that are abusing your children.

Brian ended up winning a $300,000 lawsuit from the Miami Trace Middle School in Ohio and had his daughter’s teachers fired after he uncovered their abuse of his child. Cheyanne, his 14-year-old daughter with special needs kept coming home from school upset, according to Little Things, saying her teachers were bullying her. When

Brian tried to report the incident to the administration, the teachers said that Cheyanne was lying. Finally, they sent Cheyanne to school with an audio recorder so she could secretly tape the alleged abuse. Brian wept when he listened to the recordings.

“Are you that damn dumb?” a teacher asked. “It’s no wonder you don’t have friends. No wonder nobody likes you because you lie, cheat.’’

Cheyanne said her teachers Christie Wilt and teaching aide Kelly Chaffin were the ones who bullied her. They also refused to let her hand in a test and said she failed it and made her walk on a treadmill as punishment. They then said she broke it before making her run in place in front of the whole class.

“Listening to seven hours’ worth of stuff on this tape, we were up all night, crying, upset, because we didn’t understand why,’’ Brian said.

Why Brian, because some people were just raised to be hateful and evil.
