George Michael’s Final Days Looked Like This According To His Boyfriend

The death of 53-year-old celebrity George Michael was a shock to many. The star's long-time boyfriend is speaking about Michael’s last days, and trying to clear up some of the rumors.

Fadi Fawaz, 43, had been in a relationship with the former 'WHAM!' singer for 10 years. The two were planning to go to Christmas lunch, but when Fawaz arrived, Michael was already dead. Fawaz says he wasn't with Michael the night before he died; some rumors said he was at the singer's home all weekend but Fawaz said he'd fallen asleep in his car the night before and never showed up.

Neighbors have also reported that Michael appeared to not have any visitors the night before his death.

It's believed that a heroin addiction is what led Michael to the heart failure that caused his untimely death, but medical tests are still being conducted and results are not all in yet. The death is being treated as unexplained, but not suspicious.

Some speculate that Fawaz is being investigated in the death, and may be under suspicion for supplying Michael with drugs, but Fawaz denies it and is dismissing the rumors. “The police know everything - that's the most important thing,” Fawaz said.

Another thing Fawaz denies is that he tweeted that Michael wanted to die and had attempted suicide numerous times. He reports his twitter account was hacked. "It's a bit scary to be honest,” he said. “I did not send those tweets. I woke up at 11:30am to the news. I am not going to worry about these things."
