Driver Goes Out to Share Christmas Pint with Friends and Leaves Creative Plea for Traffic Wardens

An anonymous driver parked his car in Waterlook to have a Christmas pint with friends. He left a note for traffic wardens, begging them not to give him a ticket. He also added something special.

He left his note in the window of his parked car in Waterloo, Merseyside. He promised he would be back by 10:30 a.m., stating that he did not want to drink and drive.

He wrote “Dear Mr/s Traffic Warden, I will be at my car by 10.30am... promise! Please do not book me. I had a Christmas pint with the lads and didn’t want to drink and drive. Here is a packet of crisps on me!! Happy Christmas!!”
