Disabled Army Veteran Shocked By What Someone Left on His Windshield

An Army veteran parked his car to go into a nearby business. When he returned, he found something he didn't expect. The soldier, who didn't release his name, is out of the service after enduring injuries that left him disabled. He does have special Army license plates on his car. A man noticed them and left him something anonymously. The Army veteran shared what happened on Reddit. A note was left for him signed, "Retired Marine Chopper Pilot." The note read, “Lunch is on me, Soldier! Thank you for your dedicated service.” It was stuck on his windshield, and underneath it was a $10 bill. This was his first experience being on the receiving end of a random act of kindness.
