Deranged Dad That Fathered 8 Children With His Own Daughter Is Behind Bars

A revolting case has emerged out of Argentina, but we can at least thankfully say that the deranged man at the center of it is going away for a long time. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like it’s anywhere near long enough due to the gravity of his crimes.

As the International Business Times shares, 57-year-old Domingo Bulacio has been arrested for repeatedly raping his own daughter over the past 22 years. Revoltingly, he fathered eight children with the victim over that time frame.

The victim would finally approach the authorities for some help to get her out of her torturous existence, and she explained that her father essentially kept her like a slave. She explained that her father started sexually abusing her when she was just 11-years-old.

“From the moment my mum left home I became my father’s wife. He would hit me and used to chase me round the house with a lump of wood when he saw me chatting to a neighbour or simply wanted to abuse me,” she explained.

“He threatened me constantly and I always feared for my life. He told me he would kill me if I said anything.”

The man took off once he knew that the cops were on to him, but the investigation continued. DNA tests would conclusively confirm that the woman’s children were in fact his.

Six of them were found to be living at a charity boarding school, but they have now been returned to the custody of their mother. After she filed the complaint against her father, she claimed that she received some death threats from relatives.

“I’m scared for my life and the life of my children because I’m receiving threats from my father’s relatives to withdraw my complaint against him,” she explained.

“They’re not at all concerned about what’s happened. I want him to rot in jail. I want justice to be done.”

Bulacio remained on the run for 45 days before the authorities were able to finally track him down. He was charged with multiple sex crimes, and he faced a trial that featured more than 50 witnesses.

Bulacio was found guilty and sentenced to 12 years in prison, despite the fact that the state prosecutor was calling for at least 15 years. That hardly seems like a just sentence based on the fact that the woman was essentially tortured for 22 years.

Couldn’t he have at the very least been sentenced to the same amount of time in prison? Reports indicate that Bulacio showed absolutely no remorse for his actions at his trial.

While that is certainly chilling to hear, it shouldn’t be all that surprising. A man that is capable of such disgusting behavior and sexually assaulting his own child is obviously devoid of anything resembling morals or a conscience.

While the good news is that he’ll be going away for a very long time, it doesn’t seem like anywhere near enough.

What about the damage that has been done to his own daughter? What about the children that were callously kept at a boarding school?

They will all have to deal with what has happened to them for the rest of their lives. It’s not asking too much to expect that Bulacio should have to do the same.
