Couple Caught Getting Intimate In The Wrong Place - Local Park Near Children

A young man and woman were charged for indecent exposure after they were caught performing a number of ‘sex acts’ in a public park in Pennsylvania. Police were called to the scene after a number of onlookers, including a number of children, were given an X-rated show.

Ms. Jacqueline Getz, 31, and Mr. Kyle McClure, 29, were arrested and charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and open lewdness, after they had oral, digital and penetrative intercourse in front of hundreds of onlookers in Kirby Park, Pennsylvania.

Disturbed onlookers called the Wilkes-Barre Police Department when they encountered the pair near the softball field and a children’s’ park.

When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered Ms. Getz performing oral sex on Mr. McClure in front of adults and children alike.

The arrest report also reveals that a number of witnesses saw the couple “having sexual intercourse, oral and digital sex,” with “several hundred people … present in the park,” observing the couple’s “lustful antics.”

Multiple civilians were able to provide police with photographs and video evidence of the couple’s behavior, which supposedly offended many of the parents who were present with their children in the park at the time.

Ms. Getz, who lives in neighboring city, Edwardsville, and Mr. McClure, who resides locally, will soon face a preliminary hearing for their misdemeanor charges.

One witness, known as Mr. Tyler Guzzi from Nanticoke, stated that the incident was “something you just want to put out of your mind almost when you hear it at first because it’s almost surreal to you, but the fact that it’s real, it’s scary.”

Mr. Guzzi went on to question the reasoning behind the couple’s actions, stating:

“They can’t just be in some normal mindset like everybody else, like there are kids playing, running around and playing around and in their heads, they’re thinking they should be together.”

Ms. Michelle Oropeza from Edwardsville confessed that she “really [didn’t] know what to say about it,” affirming that “this is a place where children come and as long as whoever brings them makes sure they’re safe, that’s what’s most important.”

Other park goers have tried to see the silver lining in the incident, stating that they have become more aware of their surroundings when visiting the area.

Mr. Guzzi echoed this statement, saying that “it’s definitely something you have to think about no if it’s making the news. You definitely can’t just walk in without checking first, making sure there’s no one around that’s indecent.”

Despite the ordeal, Ms. Oropeza and other parents have insisted they will continue to visit the park, but will aim to be cautious next time around: “Just because of that I mean, I’m not going to stop bringing them, we just have to be more aware of our surroundings.”

Police have informed the public that they have been and will continue to pay extra close attention to Kirby Park, ensuring that a similar incident does not occur.
